Aloha All,

Stop on by today!!
Howzit n' Happy Aloha Friday... I am still in the midst of cleaning my craft, store n' house... but thought I'd pop in n' say "HI" and post a local song I love listening to, it's called "Moloka'i Slide", here are the lyrics if you'd like to sing along... I'll be listening to this song while I clean. =0)
Have a beautiful n' blessed Aloha Friday, wherevah you are....
Love,

I ended up getting my nails n' toes done. Yes, I had my toes done too... I found out that those "fungus" were actually BRUISES after all. I might've gotten them bruised because my toe nails were long, and maybe when I wore pumps or perhaps kicked something. I must've been mad to have to kick with both foot. LOL!! Anyways, I got them done, and how nice it was to sit relax, and just be waited on.
I also found out that my girlfriend's mom who we prayed for a couple of days ago, has also passed away. Sorry for all the news of death this year. What a start to 2010, huh?! But your prayers worked!! She went peacefully, and her family is at peace to know that she is no longer going to suffer the pain and the disease. Praise God, Thank You for all your prayers!! Please continue to pray for my girlfriend and her family, to give them strength during this time of mourning, and for comfort as well.
Ok, today is like the 1st day that I'm actually at home alone, so I've got to get my mind focus on cleaning up around here. I'm having crafting withdrawals. I'll post pics of my nails n' toe nails later.
Love,

Hi Gang!! I have been quite busy during the last couple of days. CY4 went back to school on Wednesday, and since school is back in session, I am serving our Lord by helping at Cy's school (my Kinder boy) during the lunch hours. I enjoy seeing these kids, they surely emit the sunshine and beauty that God has given us, and He reminds me daily. =0)
I have been working on some orders, one of them a handmade order, which happens to be a diaper cake!! I love making diaper cakes, they are so fun to make, and I love that I can shop for all these lil' things that go with it that are baby items, even tho' I'm not the one having a baby. Babies are fun to shop for, aren't they? I'll be delivering the diaper cake today, and I hope I'll have some time later to post the pics of the diaper cake.
I'll also be doing a fill on my nails today. I can't do a pedi because guess what? I've got fungus in both big toes!!! Oh My Word!!!! This is the first time that this has happened to me. I didn't even notice it, because I had nail polish on them both. Until on one of them, the polish chipped off, and bruise like color was peeking thru.... I quickly got the acetone, and removed the nail polish. Found that both toes on my right and left looked like it was bruised. (I was going to post a picture... but I had 2nd thoughts...lol!!!). Anyways, so no pedi's for me until I can get the fungus completely removed. Please pray for my toes to heal quickly....
Before I end, here's some things I'd like to request prayer for. (BTW, I will be requesting for prayer(s) at the ending of all my postings...) my girlfriend's step-father passed about 3 weeks ago, and has recently lost her mother. Please pray for comfort and peace on her heart, as well as her family and friends that are not only suffering once, but twice the death of people close to their hearts in less than a month.
Also, today marks the 17th Anniversary of the death of my hubby's best friend, Darrin Cayetano. Who was an Officer, off duty at the time, killed by a drunken driver on H3. Please pray for Darrin's family as they remember his death today, as though it had just happened. Please pray for comfort on his family, and that may the joy of the Lord bring both families peace that only He alone can.
Thanks again, Sweeties...
Will be back soon!!
Luv,

Hey All!! I wanted to pop on in for a bit to send you Blessings of Good Will for the year 2010!! Our New Year's celebration was nice and quiet, as we spent it indoors, in the comfort of our own home, surrounded by each other, and a huge pot of Portuguese Bean Soup - or "Pocho Soup" as we like to call it. The outer perimeter of our home, on the other hand, was very, very noisy!!! Smoke was polluting the air, and Thank God for A/C or that soot would be stuck in the vessels of our lungs, we couldn't smell the smoke at all, so we're so thankful that it didn't get through to our windows n' doors. Music was playing from our next door neighbor, and bombs were going off throughout the city. It was crazy madness. These bombs going off were more than likely illegal, and very costly. But here in Hawaii, it signify's ways of "warding off evil spirits for the New Year". Fortunately, because I now know that the Lord loves me, evil spirits are no longer a threat to me and my family. The reasons to purchase fireworks in our household is no longer necessary. Yay! Praise The Lord!!! Cy went to bed at 10 pm., when 12 midnight came along, CY4 poured his mom n' dad grape juice in a martini glass! We counted down, toasted in the new year, and then said a prayer together. It was beautiful!! Our very 1st year celebrating the New Year as a Christian family. There has been so much blessings in our lives this past year, and you were all a part of it. Wether you are near or far, you've allowed me to come into your home, and share my world with you. I pray that I will be able to continue to share my creations and my writings in the coming year, and continue to bring joy, laughter, fun and ideas your way.... Thank You!!!
During the last days of 2009 up to the 1st of January, 2010, our dog Ehu has been getting old, and with the fireworks going off, it was disturbing to her, and driving her to the point where she had the urge to escape from her kennel! She managed to escape 3 times!!! The 1st time was when we were away at a Christmas party, and CY4 was home alone. CY4 was devastated that Ehu left, and he didn't know what to do. We got home 3 hours later, and found Ehu within 30 minutes. The 2nd time she escaped, we were all out of the house. We didn't know how long she was out n' about, however, we were able to find her within 20 mins when we arrived home. The 3rd time she escaped, happened just yesterday (1/1/10), and we were on the other side of the island. My neighbor called me to tell me, and because we were 45 minutes away, all we could do was to feel hopeless, but remembering that the Lord is always on our side, and that He would never leave or forsake us, we were sure to find her. When we got home, CY3 n' I decided to split up and drive separate cars, searching up n' down our neighborhood. No site of Ehu. After searching for 2 hours, I decided to head home, because Cy's nose was a little stuffy, and I had the urge to use the bathroom. Plus, I thought if I was at home, maybe Ehu would come home and find me there, and not keep roaming the streets. Anyways, after clearing Cy's nasal passage, and using the toilet, the phone rings... it's the Humane Society... they had Ehu. Praise God!! She was safe and out of harm's way. We are happy to have her home, and pray that she isn't frightened away again by these fireworks that seem to go off whenever.
On another note... I wanted to ask for prayer for the following people/families:
