On the 2nd part of this blog post, I would like to share with you a creation - I'm soooo sorry I haven't been posting and I wish I just could talk and have this post typed out for me with my words, but as of today, technology only allows my fingers to do the talking.

I recently joined a monthly swap - and our first theme was to create a Gift Card Holder. I used the Cricut machine to cut this GC Holder. You can find the cut file on my Cricut Blog. The image I am using on here is a Whipper Snapper image, and the DSP is from DCWV. The image was colored with my copics....

Ok, gotta run.... have a blessed day, people!!!

Hugs n' Blessings.....

Signs for Calvary Chapel Craft Fair

Made 7 signs for the craft fair tomorrow... here is the one I worked on from home - the others I made while at the school today (it was very hectic crazy day, from the start!!!)....

Computer generated... thought about doing it on my Cricut - but that would've taken toooo lon to do. Printed, then laminated. Wood part of the sign was made by our church helper, Randy. Thanks Randy!!!!

Ok - just a reminder... tomorrow 11/21 & 22nd, Little C's online store will be CLOSED. We will be at the Calvary Chapel Christian School Christmas Craft Fair, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm. Be sure to come n' say "hi" if you pop on in.... I'll post projects in a bit.

Little C's @ Craft Fairs....

Hey There... Don't mind if I do not post as much as I used to, as I will be creating projects to sell at craft fairs that I will be attending with my girlfriend Rose the rest of this year (she will be selling her glass etched products).... I can't believe that I'm going for it, but going to make the best of it, and try it out again - after what it seems like 8 years or so from not doing these things.

Well for you local peeps out there that wanna come check me n' my products out (I will also have make n' takes at most of these fairs), as well as handmade created products, here are the places I will be so far...

Don't be shy, come by n' say "hi".....

JJ Kidz - NEW Digital Images @ Little C's.... Digital

Hey there... here is another image I used from JJ Kidz, a new line of digital images exclusively for sale through Little C's....

I printed out the image to the size of an actual card, and folded the cardstock in half. I then cut around the image, and having it connect at the fold, allowing it to become a open type card.

Clock Designed Using a Cricut Cut....

Hello there, today is the day I share some Cricut Creations with ya... if you check the schedule I have set for myself on the side bar of my blog, you will see that I have Cricut Creations posting on Saturdays. LOL.... I really hope I am able to keep up with this schedule. It is allowing me to create with my projects that I have here, and at the same time post to my blog. I guess it's also a way to keep myself organized.

Anyways, here is a clock that I used a sticky back vinyl to put on the face of the clock itself. I was actually doing it to demonstrate something to my girlfriend, Barb, and it turned out pretty neat. I gave the clock to Barb. Perfect timing too, because she said the clock in her kitchen went "kaputt" on her!! LOL....

I took some pics of my lil' helper... actually I am not sure if he was holding the clock or if he just wanted to be in the picture - because it sure looks like Barb is the one that is holding it instead. =0)

Have a sweet day....

Dum Dums are Cy's favorite candies!! =0) In 2 days, my sister Nash will be here!! Can't wait!!

Have a blessed day!!

11/8: Show n' Tell & Fun Fact/Memory About Me

Left to Right: Evie, Me, Rina, Ali, Gina, Jo, Vina n' Barb

Yesterday, my show n' tell pic I shared with all of you was a pic taken from my "color fun day" on the 23rd of Oct. 2 Days later, I had a "Glama Gurlz" monthly gathering, on the 25th. I turned that into a color fun day as well... here are the Glamaz that were able to make it. We always have sooo much fun!!!

Here is an image colored by Jo, she used copics, and I just love how she colors - she's the who shared with me her coloring techniques... soooo pretty!!!!

Now, for A Fun Fact/Memory of Me #2....

I like my bacon fried to a crisp!!

Please be sure to scroll down to check out my creation of today....

Aloha,

Little C's Sundays.....

Here is a tote bag that I made a while ago, but have decided to add a Mag to it to dress it up a bit. I've also added a bunch of All Natural Accent Flowers too, and some Dew Drops as well - all of which can be found at Little C's. This Mag was colored with my copics. I need to check out their site, and see what's new to bring in. So grateful for all of you that have placed order to help me deplete our inventory. It was a fun sale!!!

Have a beautiful day!!

11/7: Show n' Tell, New Poll and A Fun Fact About Me

From Left to Right: Irene, Ali, Shirley, Wini, Gloria n' Me

On Oct 23rd, '09, I had a "Color Fun Day" gathering at my home. Here are the ladies that came out to play. We had a great time talking stories n' as usual, eating up. =0)

Here are a couple of images I colored that day using my Copics....

A new poll has been posted - last week's poll question was "What do you do right before you go to bed" - 33% of us watch TV, 16% Crafts, 8% Reads, 8% Adjust The Room Temperature, 8% Needs a Certain Blanket, and 25% did none noted... LOL!! Fun Poll.... thanks for playing!!!

For Fun, I've decided to share a fun fact or memory about myself, and see how many of these I can share. It would be something great for my kids to later look back upon (or for myself as well, after I lose my memory of who I am, of course....)

So, here's fun fact #1:

My brother n' I built a club house up in the mountains that were behind our house in Kalihi, and hung out there with our friends during our pre-teen years. We used to "cook" Vienna Sausages in the can, over fire and pretend that we were really "camping".

Thanks again for stopping in to read this - I posted a new release of images that Little C's exclusively offers, see post below to read all about them.

Hugs,

Introducing JJ Kidz Digital Designs @ Little C's....

Oh My Goodness!!!! Sorry I've been MIA for a while - this week, I was helping at Cy's school on Tues, Wed n' Thurs. It's such a blessing to be able to help with the keikis and to see my Cy's smiling face. But it sets my creativity level back a bit, so just gotta find ways of making time to do these things.

Anyways, I'm posting today, and I hope I can continue to do so.... I have some fantastic exciting news for all of you!!!! Little C's has a new line of digis, they are called "JJ Kidz". The artist of this line of digis is my life long friend, Rose. She is a professional graphic artist with 18+ years experience, and I have been trying to convince her of the longest time to get her drawings on rubbah - or digital. She's finally agreed on letting me have the rights to these, and exclusively thru Little C's, she's allowing the sale of her images.

These images are adorable, and are actual drawings of her very own DD, Jaz. There are 9 images being released, and can be purchase individually or you can purchase the entire set.

Over at LC's Stamp n' Scrap Hawaii, we are challenging you to create a project with embossing included. It is not necessary for you to create with a JJ Kidz image - however, if you would like to try and create with one of the images, I would happily send you the "Jaz 1st Walk" to create with, which by the way is the same image I used on my project shown here.

On my project... I used an ice cream die cut from Doodle Charms Cricut Cartridge. Along with the Design Studio program, I was able to weld 2 Ice Creams next to each other, and create a card with them. I then decorated the front of the card. I sponged the edge of my cuts so that it would be more defined. I added sprinkles to the top of the ice cream with beads. The cherry on top was filled in with Candy Cane Sticklez. I generated the sentiment with my computer, and hand cut the talk bubble, then sponged the edges on that as well.

On lil' Jaz, I paper pieced her dress, punched 2 holes in the middle, and added a ribbon. I colored her with Copics. Also added some crystal glaze to her darling eyes (see 1st pic above), so that they are shinny as well.

That was pretty much it of what I did on this card. Have you notice tho' that I totally goofed, and forgot to emboss something on my project!? Yep - I realized this after I was done, and I was like... duh!!

Anyways, please don't be a goof like me, and don't forget to add some kinda embossing to your project - create, post your creation, and leave a comment here to have a chance at winning 2 JJ Kidz digis of your choice.

For more inspiration on creating with JJ Kidz images, please check out what the DT came up with - you can see them all at our "NEW RELEASE" post here. You'll be delighted!!!!

Have a wonderful weekend, and thanks for taking the time to stop by....
